Karen is a 2nd generation Realtist.  She’s been immersed in the real estate and development business for over 33 years. New homes sales, marketing and project management has been the cornerstones of her business. Her experience as a leader in trade associations and municipal leadership gives her great relationship building skills, community involvement, and a love for advocacy.
Karen coaches and mentor a seasoned Real Estate Sales and Marketing Team that have closed transactions all over the country. She represents builders, investors, developers, sellers and buyers in land sales and commercial contracts as well. She spearheads new construction projects as well as analyzes markets and potential product placement.
