Darlene has over 20 years of business experience holding various positions, from computer software sales to an analyst to team lead overseeing contractors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with a concentration in Computer Science from PennWest California and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Joseph’s University.  Upon completing her master’s degree in 2012, she took a risk to pursue her interest in Real Estate. She is currently a full-time licensed REALTOR and REALTIST. She has over ten years of experience as an experienced professional specializing in the collaborative selling and buying residential and commercial properties within the greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. Darlene has leadership training with both the Bucks County Association of Realtors (BCAR) and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and holds various certifications with both associations.

In 2022, Darlene was honored to be elected to the BCAR Board Directors and to be selected to take over the vacant position of NAREB’s Region III Vice Presidency. She currently holds this position overseeing, collaborating, and growing local boards in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. NAREB, as members passionately call it, is the Premiere Network of Black Real Estate Professionals advocating for generational wealth through democracy in housing for over 75 years. In 2019 Darlene was elected to the prestigious local board position of President for the Philadelphia Metropolitan Board of Realtist (PMBR), growing membership participation, creating back office systems, speaking on various panels, and increasing community housing awareness through advocacy events.

Darlene also consults, mentors, and coaches when needed and volunteers with various organizations. The Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia, on their Wine & Cheese Committee, which is the largest annual fundraiser, Habitat for Humanity, building homes and working in their store, and the Bristol senior center.  She loves traveling and spending time with her family & friends.  A noteworthy tidbit most do not know about her is she is a licensed Zumba instructor and loves to garden.
