D'Adrea Davie is a firm believer that homeownership is the key cornerstone to Americans' ability to amass wealth. Her love for Real Estate began with the process of purchasing her first home as a single mother. Blessed to have been guided through the process by her favorite Real Estate Agent...her mother Rosemary Brooks. As a result, D'Adrea decided to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a Real Estate Agent. This allowed D'Adrea to help other mother's and members of the community to build wealth through the investment of real estate.

D'Adrea Davie grew into the real estate working alongside her mother who was a successful Real Estate Agent in the Short Sale and Real Estate Owned (REO) market. Her mother encouraged and embedded in her, the fiduciary responsibility of taking care of clients’ needs with the utmost care through professionalism, honesty and integrity. By implementing her mother's work ethics, D'Adrea has become a trusted agent that provides her clients with the informational resources they need to make the best possible decision with their real estate investments.

Due to her contributions in her community and real estate industry, D'Adrea received the 2022 Susan B. Anthony Women of Achievement award, a distinguished award honored by women and for women who have made great achievements in San Joaquin County by the San Joaquin County Commission on the Status of Women. D'Adrea Davie has also been recognized for her advocacy work in Housing when awarded the California/Hawaii NAACP State Conference Gwen Moore Advocacy Award and BWOPA Ella Hill Hutch Award. In the Real Estate Industry, D'Adrea has been awarded 2019-2020, 2022 PMZ Real Estate Multi-Million Dollar Producer, 2021 PMZ Real Estate Top Producer Award and the 2021 Central Valley Association of Realtor Master Club Award. D'Adrea has built a reputation for her savvy negotiations, uncompromising integrity, and cutting-edge marketing strategies.
D'Adrea Davie has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Stockton (2012- 2020), the Planning and Land Use experience has been a perfect complement to her Real Estate practice....and assisting her clients. D'Adrea was instrumental in the development of building Safe and Healthy communities in the 2035 General Plan. She is highly skilled and geographically specialized Land Market Expert. Through her extensive awareness of market conditions and Land Use knowledge, she assists landowners and consumers to make wise decisions about land.
By combining my residential and commercial real estate background with my knowledge I gained as a planning commissioner in land-use and zoning, I hope to bring more opportunities to small developers and/or individuals looking to optimize the bottom-line of their real estate investment.
