Bernadette Gerren, Principal Broker, Premier Professionals

Realtist/Realtor in the Ohio real estate community for more
than thirty-six years. Ms. Gerren currently serves the National
Association of Real Estate Brokers and the Ohio Realists
Association as Director-at-Large; President, Women’s Council
of Ohio (WCOH); Financial Secretary, Women’s Council of
NAREB; Realtist Political Liaison. Additionally, Bernadette is a
Certified HUD Housing Counselor, Branch Manager, NID-HCA
Trotwood, Ohio. Bernadette Gerren will bring a level of
excellence to the organization and states that it will be a true
privilege and honor to serve on the Board of Directors.
Bernadette has earned many professional designations and
certifications and brings vast knowledge developed through
academic and work experiences. Ms. Gerren was the selectee
for the 2021 Broker of the Year Award for both the Ohio Realist
Association and Dayton Realtors Association.
Over the years, Ms. Bernadette Gerren has consistently and
professionally served the local and the state real estate
organizations and its membership as she has volunteered and
been appointed to committees including: Co-Chair, Diversity,
Equity & Inclusion; Grievance & Professional Standards; Bylaws
and Policies Procedures Task Force; Credentials Task Force;
Government Affairs; Finance Committee; Global Alliance; Equal
Opportunity & Diversity; Community Service; Golf Reception
and Holiday Reception.
