Rondra Bolden is a native of Chattanooga, TN. She and her husband Calvin Bolden relocated to the City of Orlando in 2001 and are proud parents of two adult daughters DeAndra & Adrianna Bolden. Rondra's career in the real estate sector began by providing investigative inspections for large production builders. Her career swiftly moved into Operations Management for REITS and commercial asset managers. She gained several certifications during this time including Certified Energy Manager & LEED AP.

Rondra was licensed as a real estate agent in 2014 and saw the disparities in her community during the purchase and sell of real estate. She grew a passion for sharing her knowledge and educating her community on the importance of real estate and its tools to wealth. Rondra has been a NAREB member since 2018 and has served on the local board NAREB MOAR since 2021. She served as the Parliamentarian and Social Committee Chair in 2020 and the 1st VP and Education Committee Chair in 2022. Rondra has a proven track record of leadership and is a major asset to her local board.
