Join NAREB National President Donnell Williams, NAREB Leadership, partners, and members at the nation’s leading policy conference on issues impacting African Americans and the global Black community, The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Virtual Conference 2020!

This year’s first-ever all virtual conference will feature thought leaders, legislators and concerned citizens who will engage in discussions on economic development, civil and social justice, public health and education issues. Subject-matter experts, industry leaders, elected officials and citizen activists will explore today’s issues and solutions from an African American perspective.

The National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB) will be part of this amazing think tank of participating organizations and will be providing an amazing line up of panelists and presenters speaking on the topic of “The State of Housing in Black America – Challenges, Opportunities & Public Policy.” This subject is piercing, relevant and timely as well as reflective of the current climate of civic and social unrest, political tension that is thick enough to be cut with a knife, and the earth shaking COVID-19 global pandemic. In addition to data we need solutions, and the 2020 State of Housing in Black America (SHIBA) Report brings both! This comprehensive, thorough, data rich report offers hard facts and stats that are sometimes disturbing and somber, but, after four consecutive quarters of increases in Black home ownership*, hopeful and optimistic. It also provides real life stories and tangible recommendations of how we can combat the very daunting disparities in Black home ownership rates (47%) compared to Non-Hispanic Whites (76%). Attendees also have the opportunity to obtain a free copy of this highly anticipated report which is deemed as the “NAREB Bible”.

DO NOT miss this opportunity to join NAREB at the CBCF-ALC2020 as we utilize the full Constitutional power, statutory authority, and financial resources of the federal government to ensure that African Americans and other marginalized communities in the United States have the opportunity to achieve the American Dream.
