In the last 2 decades our nation has suffered in an economic decline, a paradigm shift that has widened the gap between economic wealth and homeownership. History has shown that Black Americans has been the procuring cause of the wealth in America; however, even though many have made it, there are many who have not, and as a result many communities fall behind in the share of economic grown and equity building over their counterparts. There are many low to moderate income earners in America that have not reached their level of fair equity. Although there has been tremendous change and efforts to amend antiquated procedures and policies that stunt the growth of certain communities across America, The Central Valley Real Estate Board a chapter of NAREB continues to advocate to assure that there is and continues to be sustainable growth and wealth in these communities. On a last note, I truly believe that when “the Masses” (low to moderate income earners) win our cities and country wins.
