About / Bio
As a native of Atlanta, GA, Bilal K. Shareef has more than 15 years of real estate experience. Since 7th grade he knew that he had real estate and entrepreneurial aspirations. Bilal graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bethune Cookman College with a BA in Music Education.
Bilal retired from being an elementary school music teacher at the age of 25. By the age of 26, Bilal owned, controlled, and transacted on more than $5 million dollars worth of real estate assets. As the market crashed in 2008, he re-positioned himself as a licensed real estate agent and continued to make himself more valuable to the market.
Bilal joined the Empire Board of Realtist in 2008 and volunteered as a humble servant in several leadership positions. That continued servitude led him to be elected as the National President of the Young Realtist Division (YRD), an affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). His desire to uplift his own community has now expanded to assisting with the growth and development of the youth, aspiring entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals nationwide.
The Young Realtist Divisions’ mission is to “Redefine The Real Estate Culture for Tomorrow’s Leaders!”
