Sharon McLennon has been actively engaged in the real estate market for more than 20 years. As the founder and CEO of Splendor Realty, Inc., an independent real estate brokerage company, and its sister company Renaissance Management Group, Inc., she provides housing opportunities and manages an array of residential and commercial properties in Florida for clients who are located all over the world.
A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. McLennon joined Price Waterhouse Coopers in New York in 1991 and worked in the Emerging Market Practice. Ms. McLennon left the Firm in 1996 as a Senior Associate to pursue a career in private accounting. After leaving the Firm, she served as Financial Controller and Director of Accounting for both private held and publicly traded entities before moving on to her true passion in real estate.
Ms. McLennon serves on the board of several non-profit organizations including the South Florida Board of Realists (SFBOR), Broward Affordable Housing Taskforce and the Housing Foundation of America. She currently serves as the President of the Lauderhill Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. McLennon holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics from the City College of New York, and a Masters in Business Administration from Baruch College of the City University of New York. She is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and is a Florida licensed real estate broker, property manager and real estate instructor.
Ms. McLennon currently lives in South Florida with her husband and two sons.
