Tamika Moses, a Miami native, serves as the CEO & Managing Broker of Robin Bird Realty Inc., headquartered in Hollywood, FL. As a full‐service real estate boutique brokerage, Robin Bird Realty Inc. specializes in the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of Commercial, Residential Investments, and Distressed Properties throughout Florida. With over nineteen years of experience in mortgage, distressed, and traditional real estate, Tamika is a seasoned professional.

Her educational journey began at Florida A&M University, leading to a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and communications from Florida Atlantic University. She furthered her academic pursuits with a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University in 2015. Tamika holds various prestigious designations, including CIPS, CDPE, AHWD, RENE, and SFR, showcasing her expertise in the field. Additionally, she is a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and owner of the Florida Real Estate School, Robin Bird Real Estate Institute. A CCIM Candidate, Tamika brings a wealth of knowledge to her roles.

Tamika entered the real estate industry in 2004 as a Mortgage Branch Manager and later transitioned into a full‐time real estate agent in 2011, navigating the market's recovery from one of the worst crashes in history. She has worked for prominent real estate brokerages in South Florida, and in 2018, she founded Robin Bird Realty Inc., a tribute to her late mother, Robin, who inspired her real estate journey. Since its inception, Robin Bird Realty Inc. has successfully closed several million dollars in real estate transactions and served as a tenant representative for national franchise retailers, including A&R Workshops. Tamika's dedication to her clients is reflected in the company's growth each year.

Active in the real estate community at the Local, State, and National levels, Tamika holds key roles in various real estate boards, including the South Florida Board of Realtist NAREB, where she serves as the 2024‐2025 President. Additionally, she is the 2024 President‐Elect for the Miami Commercial Board, making history as the first person of color elected to the Presidency. Tamika is a 2024 Florida State Director with the Florida Realtors, a Commercial Committee member with Florida Realtors, and a 2024 NAR Commercial Committee member. She co‐hosted the real estate radio show 'The Real‐on‐Real Estate Radio.'

Recognized for her achievements, Tamika received the 2020 Miami Association of Realtors Commercial Rising Star award and The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce 2022 Proud Member award.
