I am Delicia Lacy. I joined the local Chapter of NAREB, The Realtist of Metro St. Louis in 2017 and not only served as a loyal member but as Vice President and membership chair. In this role I have had the opportunity to learn why this organization is needed and assist with the growth to effect democracy in housing in the St. Louis area.

Before real estate I come with 16 years of experience in the Hospitality field. I was able to grow from entry level to Director of operations where I managed over 150 hotels and over 5000 employees to success. This led to my interest in real estate as an investor in 2007 and soon to be a licensed agent and now broker. I am currently the Broker/ Owner of New Growth Realty.

In my free time, I enjoy being a mother to five boys. My vision of being a mother and a broker all falls in line with NAREB. “People First”
