Monroe Wooton is a residential real estate and REO specialist rendering professional services in the Greater Los Angeles California area since 1984. His resume’ of leadership in the industry includes tenure as president of the Los Angeles local and California state chapters of NAREB. Monroe was distinguished as a NAREB Local Board President of the Year, and recipient of local, state, and national Realtist of the Year Awards. Wooton was Senior Advisor to NAREB Past- President Ron Cooper. Monroe served on the Housing Advisory Committee of the Los Angeles County Dept. of Regional Planning and as a Homebuyer Education Instructor for the West Angeles COGIC Community Development Corporation.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Monroe was an Assistant Dean of Campus Programs & Activities at his alma mater, the University of California, Los Angeles. His matriculation at UCLA includes an undergraduate degree in Sociology and graduate studies in the School of Management MBA Program with a marketing concentration.
