About / Bio
Born into generations of homeowners, Shanta learned that homeownership was the key to generational wealth at an early age. She took those teachings and purchased her first home at 21 years of age. Her passion for real estate started while working for a local real estate attorney. She later turned that passion into directly helping first time homebuyers achieve the American dream by becoming a real estate broker/salesperson. With 14 years of experience under her belt, Shanta has been awarded 2018 YPN 40 under 40, 2017 Most Influential Person, 2017 Realtor of the Month 2016 NAREB Emerging Leader, and Top 250 Realtors in Las Vegas. She has commendations from Senators and Congressmen alike for her work in the Las Vegas real estate community.
She is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors Market Trends and Budget and Finance Committees. Shanta is also the current 2018 president of the Nevada Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and the 2018-2019 Regional Vice President for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. Leading this organization allows her to educate the minority community on the steps and benefits to homeownership and support fellow real estate professionals by ensuring that training and educational opportunities are available across the many disciplines the organization represents.
