Heather Battaglia

Heather Battaglia has been with Citi for 13 years and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Markets Strategy and Execution for Citibank where she is responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies to best attract low-to-moderate and diverse client segments.
Previously, Battaglia served as the Senior Vice President of Diverse Market Segments focusing on growing the multicultural markets client base and better serving clients with limited English proficiency. Prior to that she was the Director and Vice President of Special Programs working with Housing Finance Agencies and investment bankers to develop opportunities for low-to-moderate consumers to purchase homes using single-family mortgage revenue bond programs.
She is known in the mortgage industry as an expert on Hispanic and Latino markets and was featured in a best-selling business book called, “Go-givers Sell More” by Bob Burg and John David Mann.
A former language professor at Villanova University in Philadelphia, Heather is fluent in Spanish and French with a Master’s degree in both from the University of Northern Iowa and a complementing Master’s in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Louis.
