Women’s Council of National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (WCNAREB) was established in 1971 in Atlanta, Georgia as an Affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB).
The Mission of WCNAREB is “To evaluate the standards of women and our few good men in the Real Estate Industry by encouraging leadership, education and the exchange of information through learning techniques; and to provide the opportunity for women to expand their knowledge and expertise in all facets of their business.”
Over the years, Women’s Council have developed and implemented programs that benefit the membership and the communities in which we serve. WCNAREB programs includes, Leadership Designation, Annual Scholarship Luncheon, Financial Literacy Training, FreddieMac Credit Smart Designation, Internal Referrals, Down Payment Assistant Programs, Gifted Homes Program, Warm Homes Warm Hearts, 501C3 Training, VIVA Retreat, National Funding to Local Chapters, Board of Governor Mentors, FIRM geared towards the youth and Wounded Warriors.
The Women’s Council is not a club but an Organization in association with a national affiliation. Women’s Council leads the way by empowering you to build and expand on everything the real estate industry has to offer. It also offers support to the youths of existing members by providing grants, scholarships and mentoring.
