Crissie graduated from Sacred Heart Academy and attended the University of Louisville to study Business Management. With over a decade of experience in the field, she gained valuable knowledge and skills during her time at RE/MAX before becoming a licensed Broker in 2019. In August 2020, she established her own brokerage, Huntley & Co Realty, which later underwent a rebranding to Home & Comfort Realty in January 2023. Home & Comfort Realty is an independent luxury brokerage firm that provides World-class services in both the Residential & Commercial real estate markets to buyers and sellers in Greater Louisville and neighboring counties in Kentucky.

In recognition of her exceptional work, Crissie was featured on Louisville Business First's esteemed list of top 20 real estate agents to know in both 2016 and 2022. Throughout her career, she obtained a vast array of achievements and affiliations, including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations, in addition to being a Certified VA agent, Pricing Strategy Analysis (PSA), e-PRO®, At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Commitment to excellence (C2EX), and Commitment to Professional Excellence (CPE).

She currently serves as the 2024 President of NAREB Louisville, Chair of GLAR DEI Advisory Group, KYR DEI Committee member and is also a notary public. She has also been a member of Young Professionals Network (YPN) and the Professional Standards Committee. She graduated from the GLAR Leadership Institute class of 2022 and KYR Leadership Academy class of 2023. Beyond real estate, Crissie holds her health and life insurance license and Level 2 Community Financial Empowerment certification with Louisville Metro.
