With the importance of the 2020 election cycle, it is imperative that NAREB fully engaged and advocating for the importance of Black Homeownership. Homeownership in the Black community currently sits at 44% nationwide which is 30 percentage points lower than our Non-Hispanic White counterparts. The Spring Policy Conference is meant to provide the tools needed for our members to bring “Democracy in Housing” to their respective communities. Join us as we bring urgency to Washington, D.C. around Black homeownership and let our voices be heard
