Anika C. Dixon is President of Dixon Ventures, Inc. the parent company to Goss Management & Realty, a full service residential real estate and property management company. Dixon Ventures, Inc. began its journey in November 2004 as A C Dixon & Associates Realty with a mission to bringing together one million buyers and sellers to accomplish their client’s goals instead of making millions of dollars for ourselves. This journey is shared with her husband, Anthony and their two daughters, Ashtone & Aysha.
Coming from four generations of homeownership, it’s been Anika’s goal of providing home ownership education that had led to handing over the keys to their very own home since 1996, to hundreds of clients ranging from the age of 18 – nearly 80. Her personal business motto of, “Your personal REALTOR® for life,” has been her key to longevity in this emotional and personal business, along with finding her clients the home that she has to like and get excited for them in which they know if she’s quiet during the showing that this may not the house for them!
Anika Dixon has been a resident of Little Rock for over 30 years. She is an alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas, Conway. Her real estate career has been fruitful as a million and multi-million dollar producer since 2001. Being a good steward of our community is key to further developing one’s personal and business outlook on and in life. Anika’s contribution to our community has been her current involvement as the 1st Vice President of the Arkansas Association of Realtist and legislation committee of the Little Rock Realtors Association; past City of Little Rock Housing Board member; past President of our local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers; Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce Board Member; Little Rock REALTOR® Association board member; past chairperson of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce Women and Diversity committee; member of the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center; special committees with the Habitat for Humanity’s; guest speaker for AR Small Business Development Center, Argenta CDC, Better Community Developers, currently participating in the Arkansas Business Leadership Academy, along with various other churches and non-profits organizations in providing business advice, budgeting, and home ownership education. She truly believes in giving back through her passion in assisting ex-offenders with life skills through partnering with local programs such as Our House, Goodwill, and other community organizations by volunteering and teaching classes on financial literacy, permanent housing counseling, along with other general life skills.
